Our Beliefs

• God is more merciful and powerful than we can imagine. His Spirit dwells within His people.
• Scripture reveals that God is a Triune God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These 3 persons are one God.
• The Bible, which is entirely God's Word, shows us how to live in this world and how to receive the greatest gift of all - eternal life in heaven!
• Jesus is God in human flesh (True God and True Man)
• The Holy Spirit works in our lives through the truths of God's Word - the Bible.
• Nothing in creation, just happened. God made it all.
• We are saved by God's undeserved love, not by anything we do.
• Faith in Christ is the only way to receive the forgiveness, new life and salvation that He offers.
• God has allowed evil to provide us with a choice; God can bring good even out of evil events; and God promises victory over evil to those who receive Him with a child-like faith.
• Heaven and hell are real places. Death is a beginning, not the end.
• The church exists to teach God's Word clearly, to administer the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and the Lord's Supper, and to serve people like Jesus served people.
• Jesus is coming again.
